The builder must be recommended by a National City Loan Officer and provide the following documentation for approval: Builder Document Checklist Letter of Recommendation from the Loan Originator Complete Contractor/Developer Application Complete Credit Application Current Credit Report on all Principals and Guarantors Provide Current Inventory/Status List of Homes Three Years Tax Returns for Company Copies of most recent Deposit Statements for liquid assets listed Financial Statements for the Current Year including a Detailed Balance Sheet and a Year to Date Profit and Loss statement Three Year Personal Tax Returns for all Principals/Guarantors Current Balance Sheet for each Principal/Guarantors Articles of Incorporation or Partnership Documents Copy of the Builder's License (where applicable)
