A FREE 60 day rate guarantee program that promises more value for potential Buyers and protects Builder's spec inventory from a competitive market. A property is rate locked for 60 days, at the end of the sixty day period the lock may be extended for another sixty days. Once a Buyer is found the rate may be extended for an additional 30 days Temporary buydowns are available on most end loan products. A one time float down option is available if rates decrease.
